Before our first lesson:
I will email or post you a New Rider Registration Form which needs to be completed before the first lesson to enable me to act appropriately in the event of an accident, and comply with the terms of my insurance.
The information you provide will always remain completely confidential.
On the Day:
Lessons go ahead in all weathers except those that present a safety risk, i.e.snow, ice, high winds, or thunder storms/TORRENTIAL rain.
Please be tacked up and ready to start at your lesson time.
Cancellation Policy:
Postponements require a minimum of 48 hours notice, with no charge if a new booking is made.
Less than 48 hours notice incurs a £15 charge, unless a replacement booking is found.
Insurance:
I am fully insured through the British Horse Society, and remain up-to-date with first aid, child protection and CPD.
